He holds an MSc in Health Information Management from a collaborative program between Kenya Methodist University, University of the Western Cape, and Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences – Germany, a BSc in Health Information Management from Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in Health Records and Information Management from KMTC Nairobi.
He has served as Kenya's Country Focal Person for Health Indicators to the East African Health Research Commission Web Portal (2019–2023) and currently serves as National Focal Point for Kenya's NHWA, coordinating all 47 counties in reporting to the WHO NHWA Portal. He coordinated a country-wide WISN study in 2025 and led the development of County NHWA Data Profiles in 2026 to strengthen sub-national health workforce planning.
