Organisational Structure

The KHHRAC structure ensures effective governance and service delivery. At the top is the Board of the Council, followed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who oversees overall implementation.
Reporting to the CEO are four Directors: Partnerships and Linkages, Health Professionals Management and Welfare, Information and Research, and Corporate Services, each handling key functional areas such as collaboration, workforce management, data and research, and internal support services. Additionally, the CEO is supported by standalone departments: Legal Services, Supply Chain Management, and Internal Audit, which provide oversight, compliance, and assurance functions.
