Ms. Jacqueline Muindi is a highly accomplished lawyer with a solid background in International Trade, Investment, Public Finance, Public Procurement, and Commercial Law, backed by over 23 years of experience. She also has expertise in executive management, governance, and policy formulation and implementation.

She holds a Global Executive Master's in Business Administration from USIU-Africa, an LL.M in International Trade and Investment Law from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) LL.B from the University of Nairobi.

She is currently serving as the Deputy Solicitor General at the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice and has previously served as acting Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Privatisation Commission, as well as Chief Manager of Legal Affairs and Legal Affairs Manager at the Privatisation Commission.
