Mr Thomas Kasoa is a servant leader and experienced public servant with more than twenty years in public service. A member of the Chartered Management Institute London, he has wide-ranging knowledge, training, and experience in leadership, human resource management and development, governance, legislation, management, and policy enactment and analysis, among other areas.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Global Business Management from Bournemouth University (UK), a Diploma in Professional Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute (UK), and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Scott Christian University.

Mr Kasoa currently serves as the Chairperson of the Nairobi City County Public Service Board, having previously served as a board member of the Machakos County Assembly Service Board, Chairperson of Machakos Water and Sewerage Company, Vice Chairperson of the defunct Machakos County Council, and an elected County Assembly Member.
