Ms. Jennifer Kiema serves as Acting Director of Corporate Services at the Kenya Health Human Resource Advisory Council (KHHRAC). She is an Assistant Director of Human Resource Management and Development at the State Department for Public Health and Sanitation, bringing over 20 years of experience across the public sector and non-governmental organizations.

At the Ministry of Health, she served as Secretariat to the Ministerial Human Resource Advisory Committee and as an appointed member of several Ministerial Mainstreaming Committees, including those on Alcohol, Drug and Substance Abuse; National Values and Cohesion; Service Delivery; Health and Wellness; and the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) Health Sector Working Group.

Previously, she spent six years strengthening health systems at both national and county levels through IntraHealth's USAID-funded programmes, holding successive roles as HRH Manager for the Human Resources for Health Kenya Mechanism, National Manager under the HRH Capacity Bridge Project, and Coordinator at the Capacity Kenya Project.
