The 25th Ordinary Summit of the EAC Heads of State and the preceding events will run for three days: from Thursday, 4th December to Saturday, 6th December, 2025 at the KICC:

•    Day one will be the Ministerial Roundtable of the Infrastructure Retreat on 4th December, 2025;
•    Day two will be the Session of the Heads of State on 5th December, 2025;
•    Day three will be the 25th Ordinary Summit that will consist of both Closed and Plenary sessions of the Heads of State. The discussions will address several critical opportunities and challenges facing EAC Partner States under the theme: “A Resilient and Green Community, Connected and Developed.”
