Interstate Pass is temporary travel document issued to citizens of Kenya and lawful resident(s) to enable travel to Uganda and Rwanda.

Application, Submission and Collection
Application for Inter-State Pass is made and submitted online in the eCitizen Portal https://ecitizen.go.ke accompanied by all the necessary requirements which should be uploaded.
Applicants print out the Inter-State Pass from their eCitizen accounts once they are processed and issued.
Requirement

• Original and Copy of id or foreigner certificate/alien card
• Original and copy of birth certificate.
• Original and copy of birth Certificate for minors
• Consent for minors
• Fees: Gratis
