Declaration Of Dual Citizenship – Form 3

Kenyans who have acquired citizenship of other countries are required by law to declare dual citizenship.

Requirements
  1. Duly completed application Form (3) attested to by a Commissioner for Oaths
  2. 2 Passport size photographs
  3. Copy of Kenyan passport and identity card
  4. Copy of the other country’s passport
  5. Naturalization certificate
  6. Copy of birth certificate
  7. Parent`s copy of Kenyan Passport /ID

Application Fee -KSHS.20,000
Issuance Fee – KSH 10,000
