Children And Dependants – Form 11

  1. Children who were born before the parent acquired Kenyan citizenship.
  2. A Child or a person with disability who is a dependent of any biological parent or legal guardian who is a citizen of Kenya by registration is eligible for registration.
  3. A Child who is not a citizen, but is adopted by a citizen of kenya, is eligible for registration as a citizen,on application in the prescribed manner.
Requirements
  1. Duly completed application Form (11) attested to by a Commissioner for Oaths
  2. 2 passport size photographs
  3. Copy of birth certificate or local adoption certificate
  4. Copy of parents’ Kenyan passport and identity card
  5. Copy of dependent’s pass
  6. Original certificate of Good conduct for children above 18years
