Application Steps

  1. Login/Register (if it’s your first time) on e-citizen.
  2. Go to Directorate of Immigration Services (New Applications) tab
  3. Go to Inter-State Pass Application (located at the bottom of the list)
  4. Fill the application
  5. Download and Print your Inter-State Pass
  6. At the border produce your Original ID and Copy or Original Birth Certificate in case of a minor
