Where a Kenya citizen voluntarily makes a declaration of renunciation of Kenyan citizenship

Requirements
  1. Duly completed Form (6) attested to by a Commissioner for Oaths
  2. 2 passport size photographs
  3. Original copies of Kenyan passport and identity card
  4. A copy of Birth certificate
  5. Copy of other country’s passport or an assurance of citizenship
  6. Citizenship certificate
  7. Parent`s copy of Kenyan Passport /ID
