Regaining Citizenship – Form 1

Eligible for citizen of Kenya by birth who ceased to be citizens by acquiring the citizenship of another country before the constitution of Kenya 2010.

Requirements
  1. Duly completed application Form (1) attested by a commissioner for oaths
  2. 2 passport size photographs
  3. Copies of Kenyan ID and Passport
  4. Copy of the other country’s passport
  5. Naturalization certificate / Registration Certificate
  6. Copy of birth certificate

Application Fee -KSHS.20,000
Issuance Fee – KSH 50,000
