Application Process for Permanent Residence
- Application for Permanent Residence is made online through the eFNS Portal https://fns.immigration.go.ke
- Upload all the supporting documents and pay the processing fee
- Download Permanent Residence Checklist<hyperlink>, Form 23, Duly filled Questionnaire, and Payment Acknowledgement Receipt from the eFNS Portal.
- Submit the application form accompanied by all the supporting documents listed on the checklist at Nyayo House, 17th Floor, North Wing.
