State Department for Industry Tribunals include

1. Standards Tribunals

The Standards Tribunal handles disputes related to standards and quality control. It has the power to hear and decide applications regarding the validity and infringement of patents, industrial designs, and utility models. Additionally, it handles disputes related to the exploitation of intellectual property rights through licensing agreements or government intervention.

2. Accreditation Appeals Tribunal

The Accreditation Appeals Tribunal in Kenya is a body established to hear appeals related to decisions made by Kenya Accreditation Service (KENAS) regarding accreditation.

3. Industrial Property Tribunal

The Tribunal hears appeals from the decisions of the Managing Director of the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) regarding different areas of intellectual property namely patents, industrial designs, utility models, technovations and semiconductor technologies.
